The second Jackie Chan movie on circuit. This time, he wakes up in a desert, not remembering who he is or why he is there. He is then discovered by African tribesmen, and slowly regains his memory. Further investigation reveals his role in a CIA operation that went bad. Now he's out to get the person who's responsible for the mess.
