Rush Hour Action comedy more-or-less as we have come to expect from Jackie Chan. This time, he plays a Hong Kong detective who comes to the USA to help with a kidnap case. However, the FBI don't want him around, so they give him an obnoxious partner to keep him out of the way. You don't expect THAT to stop Jackie now, do you? John Cullen: A real hoot - if you don't leave this movie with tears in your eyes - you are dead. Robert Haynes: Beyond Bad - Jackie Chan's appeal always baffles me - the man cannot act - kicking isn't guys - get with the programme - and Chris Tucker is decidedly low in my books - specially after his tacky M-Net Movie Magic endorsements... Tony Vain: Witty, amusing and great pace. Nuno Rosa: Nice movie.
