The Governess

A period drama in which a young Jewish woman, in need of a job, becomes the governess for a larny British family up near Scotland. In a time of scientific discovery, she helps her master develop a photographic process, and also develops an extra-marital relationship with him. And his son. As these things never last, she has to leave.
