Holiday fare for the teenagers and adults. Zorro escapes from jail after 20 years, and teaches another young man to take over his role. He also regains his long-lost daughter. A real crowd pleaser, full of witty dialogue, and of course, the required swordplay and action.
Merwe Hartslief: I didn't expect much, and was therefor not dissapointed. It's a good old fashioned ''feel goood'' movie.
Bruce Humphrey: Ladies come and flock to this movie and swoon over the hottest Latin American lover around: Zorro (Antonio Banderas). Some say he can't act but I beg to differ (did you see him in Evita?). Anthony Hopkins is very good as the older Zorro and Catherine Zeta-Jones gives the guys something alluring to watch. Abundant humour, sword fighting and action certainly make this movie a pleasant few hours of entertainment!
Claire Nicole: Brill movie.
Andre Swanepoel: Quite an enjoyable show.
Laetitia Loubser: Excellent old fashioned entertainment spiced with new talent and techniques! A must to see!!!
