Aussie movie with a American country music background. A young man leaves his sheep farm in the Oz outback to go and seek his fortune in Nashville. He hitches a ride with a couple, and things go wrong - he ends up in jail on a drugs charge. Something of a love triangle develops. Our hero keeps having delusions of his music career with the young lady.
