Les Miserables
A crowd-pleasing version of Hugo's famous novel, filled with big-name stars. For those that don't know the story,
it is about a man who gets sent to prison for 19 years for stealing a loaf of bread (there's a lesson in that somewhere),
and upon getting out, sets about rebuilding his life and reputation until he becomes a paragon of virtue and a
pillar of society, and yes, I know cliches suck. However, life is not a bed of roses as there is a pesky
prison guard-cum-lawyer investigating him...
134 minutes, All ages. Crime, Drama. You can usually find additional (copyrighted) pictures, trailers, etc, on the Official Site. |
