Mr Nice GuyThis movie stars Jackie Chan. Need we say more?OK, if you insist... Jackie plays a chef in Australia who come to the aid of a woman journalist, who has a videotape which could send the local crime boss to jail for a while. Naturally said crime boss wants the video back, but unfortunately, it ends up with Jackie, and provides a suitable excuse for lots of martial arts action, comedy, and amazing stunts. 85 minutes, No persons under 10. Action, Comedy. You can usually find additional (copyrighted) pictures, trailers, etc, on the Official Site. |

Bruce Humphrey: The karate/action equivalent of the Spaghetti Western. Average acting. However the movie has two great redeeming features: Firstly, I admire the humour and fantastic fleet-footed, acrobatic talent of Jackie Chan! The entire movie set is his domain and he will even run around and do karate moves upside-down from the roof with his gravity defying antics. The second is the great stunts in the movie - the one at the end with the enormous earth-moving "bulldozer" left me quite stunned. Great humourous, entertaining escapism! (My rating also reflects my enormous admiration of Jackie Chan!) Don't forget to watch the funny bits from the making of the movie as the titles roll!
