A South African film set in a township, and featuring an all-black cast. A middle-aged teacher's life falls apart following the rape of one of his female students. Then an idealistic young man comes onto the scene, and challenges the teacher to take a critical look at his life. The theme is, ''when victims spit on victims, should they not be called fools?''
