A comedy for the art movie circuit, and another film revolving around food. Set in the 1920s, a Frenchman realises his life's dream when he opens a French restaurant in Georgia. However the communist patrons are none too genteel. He also has a healthy sexual relationship with his wife. The film was Oscar nominated for Best Foreign Film. The languages are French, Georgian and Russian with English subtitles.
