Another skiet skop en donder movie from Mr Seagal. The plot, for what's it worth, revolves around an FBI agent who comes to a small town as a church handyman, to sort out the bad businessman who is storing toxic waste in nearby mineshafts and poisoning the town's kids.
Expect the usual fights and expensive, unnecessary destruction of valuable property. Expect it to do well at the box office, too.
