This crime thriller has a complex plot which revolves around three very different policemen in the 1950s. One is a celebrity advisor on news shows, one in league with a scandal rag, and one hits first and asks questions afterwards. They are all involved in a hold-up which ends in murder. As film noir, the movie has received average to great reviews.
