At last, an intelligent, adult sci-fi movie. While not likely to appeal to all tastes, the film has won praise from the critics. Our heroine has spent her whole life looking for patterns in the radio signals which reach earth from outer space. One day, she discovers a coded message from a remote galaxy. This discovery has serious political, social, and theological consequences. (Regret we can't say more without giving away the surprises.)
