In this romantic comedy, a talented advertising type discovers that her boss won't promote her because she has no 'stability' (read: boyfriend, mortgage, etc) in her life. So she invents a fiancee, using a photograph of her at a wedding with some convenient guy. Suddenly things go right at the office, even the local stud hits on her. Then the bosses decide they want to meet the fiancee..
