In this French film, a prostitute who really loves her job befriends a loser, and decides to make him her pimp. Things go well for a while until his eyes wander. Our heroine meets up with his new ladylove at the police station, and they become friends. Our pimp gets thrown in jail, while the heroine gets herself a new man, who provides her with two babies.
She goes back to work on the streets, but seems to have lost her touch. Then her original pimp is released from prison...
