This movie went straight to video overseas. Seems to be your basic skiet-skop-en-donder.
Our hero, an FBI agent, is on the trail of a gang of killers, who were previously a CIA hit squad. They are led by a slightly deranged lunatic who was abused by a prostitute in Vietnam, and is now taking revenge on women in America. Our hero is assisted by the usual gorgeous woman, and frustrated by a boss who is not all he seems to be.
Expect lots of crashes and smashes.
