An over-the-top spoof of the James Bond / spy movie genre. Our hero has himself frozen in the 1960's, because the villian did the same. Thirty years later, the villian returns, attempting to hold the world to ransom with a nuclear weapon. Our hero gets the task of dealing with this minor problem. However even though his body is now in the 1990's, his mind is still very much in the 1960's...
