Another hostage drama. The hapless crooks, after bungling a burglary, manage to interfere with a SWAT team's activities as well. The gang takes refuge in a bar, holding the staff and customers hostage. Meanwhile the cops outside try to take a gentle approach (to give the tension time to build up).
