Kazaam

A moralising 'buddy' flick, this is the story of the friendship between a little boy and a 3000 year old genie. The film attempts to be a comedy and may work for the kids, but not for adults. The genie tries to teach the boy how to deal with his life problems, while at the same time it trys to pursue a career as a rap artist.

The 'popular vote' via the IMDB of 3.9 out of 10 is probably the lowest I have seen.
