This action/adventure follow-up rip-off of Speed has the dubious distinction of receiving 0 stars from eye Weekly. This time round, instead of a bus out of control, we have a ship out of control thanks to a disgruntled former employee. Sandra is back, cute as ever, and joined by a too-cool cop, they have to deal with the compulsory baddie.
