Another fast paced action skiet skop en donder. Our hero plays a French cop who discovers he has a twin brother living in America. Brother gets murdered, and our hero goes to investigate. He finds the Russian Mafia involved, and sets about infiltrating them, discovering links to the FBI as he goes...
As is usual for these films, the plot is irrelevant compared to the action, car chases and martial arts.
